Dallas Morning News Endorses Justice Jeff Brown for Texas Supreme Court, Place 6
The Dallas Morning News just endorsed Justice Jeff Brown in the race for Texas Supreme Court, Place 6. Justice Brown has served on the Texas Supreme Court since 2013 with prior judicial service on Texas’ Fourteenth Court of Appeals since 2007. Justice Brown is running against Democratic challenger Kathy Cheng in the Texas General Election on November 6th. Want to know more about these candidates? Brown has an impressive résumé. In addition to his five years on the Texas Supreme Court, he served six years on the 14th Court of Appeals and six more as a trial judge in the 55th District. Published in law reviews and journals, Brown taught constitutional law at the National Judicial College.
