The House has asked for a conference committee on HB 912, which imposes criminal and civil penalties on using an unmanned aircraft to capture or display certain unauthorized images of an individual on private property. The House conferees are Rep. Lance Gooden, the bill’s author, Rep. Eric Johnson, Rep. Lon Burnam, Rep. Joe Moody, and Rep. Jonathan Stickland. Senate conferees have not yet been named.
