Austin Court of Appeals Publishes New Docketing Statement to Facilitate Case Transfers to Statewide (15th) Court of Appeals

The Austin Court of Appeals has issued a revised docketing statement to assist in transferring eligible cases to the new statewide court of appeals, which goes into business on September 1, 2024. A copy of the statement can be viewed below. The relevant language appears on page 9.
