As you know, we are nearing the end of the Texas Supreme Court’s term, and the Court is cranking out numerous opinions on important matters each Friday. While we are getting to these cases pretty much as they are released, we try to limit our posts to one case a day. So, while it may appear that we have a running backlog of case reports, what you are seeing every day substantially reflects the order in which the Court releases them. That’s why a case released today (June 13) might not show up on our site until next week or beyond.
We hope that these reports are still timely enough to be useful to you. In any event, we’re not going to stop doing them, however many there may be (at least until hell freezes over or I get too old, whichever comes first). And that goes for the 15th Court of Appeals, business courts, and other intermediate courts of appeals as well.
