HB 2730 by Chairs Deshotel and Burns passed on third reading in the Texas House earlier today. The bill now goes to the Texas Senate. CCI is urging senators to pass the bill without amendment in accordance with the consensus reached between CCI, the Texas Farm Bureau, and Texas Association of Realtors.
