A Texas appeals court on Thursday refused to rehear en banc Lightning Oil Co.’s argument it would suffer irreparable harm if an Anadarko Petroleum Corp. unit were allowed to drill horizontally through its Eagle Ford Shale mineral estate to reach oil and gas assets underlying adjacent property.
