The Texas Supreme Court is set to hear arguments Wednesday on whether compounding pharmacies that deliver medicine to doctors should be able to claim the same tort reform protections as other health care providers, in a case health care lawyers say has the potential to open doors to an onslaught of frivolous litigation.
